With Women’s Equality Day coming up, let’s take a look at how things have changed for women and what they have accomplished: Around 60 years ago, women were not allowed to… It’s safe to say that progress has been made, society has come a long way since women could vote for the first time. Of course, there’s still a lot of things that still need to change. However, let’s not forget all the small and big wins of women across the world. Australia: 16.3% of women made up of CEO positions in 2015–2016 Of course, women still continue to fight for gender equality. The argument is no longer on having equal representation in all fields, it is about having the same opportunity and being recognised based on merit.
